Purpose:
- As an Exams Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of examinations and assessments. You’ll need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in prioritising tasks. If you love problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating with others, this could be the ideal position for you.
- We’re looking for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. In return, you’ll join a supportive team where no two days are the same, and your contribution will make a real difference.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience of working with multiple award organisations including Pearsons and City and Guilds or equivalent transferable experience
- Experience of working across functions within the MIS, Enrolment and Examinations functions and/or Experience of administration, data processing and using systems in a busy environment
- Experience of working with a complex database and systems, providing accurate data entry and complex data solutions
- Can demonstrate the ability to research and examine complex policies, rules and regulations, including modelling statistical information and producing graphical representation
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent
- A Level passes or equivalent desirable
Ideal Attributes:
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- High level accuracy of data inputting with the ability to work in a busy office environment
- Ability to cope within a pressured environment
- Proven organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision, and be able to work on own initiative in identifying and tackling priorities of work
